WEDI Member Position Advisory Event: CMS Medicare Deregulation RFI

WEDI is holding a Member Position Advisory (MPA) event on Thursday May 15 from 11 am to 2 pm ET to solicit input from our members on the current Request for Information (RFI) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the elimination of Medicare regulations that are overly burdensome or duplicative.

CMS is seeking public input on approaches and opportunities to streamline regulations and reduce administrative burdens on providers, suppliers, beneficiaries, Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, and other stakeholders participating in the Medicare program. We expect to cover a range of topics, including:

  • Prior authorization
  • No Suprises Act’s price transparency, GFE, and AEOB
