WEDI welcomes Alexandra Mugge, Director and Deputy Chief Health Informatics Officer with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Health Informatics and Interoperability Group who will address key elements of the proposed rule.

Viet Nguyen, MD, Chief Standards Implementation Officer with HL7, will also present on the FHIR component to the rule and how they plan to support the industry in meeting the 2026 date.

Lynda Rowe, InterSystems' Senior Advisor, Value Based Systems, will briefly walk through some of the changes from the original interoperability rule (9115-F) and the new proposed rules and implications for payers.
