Description

Key stakeholders throughout healthcare are counting on the unfettered flow of timely, clean data between plans and providers to reduce provider abrasion, improve care continuity, and close care gaps, while also enabling more efficient workflows.

Unfortunately, scaling such bi-directional connectivity is proving slow going for two principal reasons: plans and providers all too often must connect with each other one by one, and most provider EHRs and plan operational systems speak different digital languages.
