WEDI 3rd Annual Health Equity Spotlight; Building Upon Data and Innovation to Drive Equity
View our current agenda HERE!
Across the nation, gaps in health are large, persistent and increasing—many of them caused by barriers set up at all levels of our society. Hospitals and health plans can apply data to drive their strategy to advance health equity. They can also use insights culled from data to identify health care disparities, find the root causes and craft targeted interventions to reduce them and improve health. Gaps in health IT use illustrate the inequities that unfortunately exist in our health care system, which in turn can lead to inadequate patient care, experience, and outcomes. Our 3rd annual event showcasing how leveraging data and innovation can make significant improvements to health equity looks to continue the conversation and give subject matter experts the opportunity to share the latest in the industry’s quest to make available appropriate healthcare to all populations. Save the date as we continue to update the agenda for this worthwhile event.
